Drawing on their collective years across contemporary, commercial, and street dance styles, Lilah and Stephen have spent the past decade refining not just their technique, but their relationship to movement itself, a shift from performing steps to inhabiting presence. Synergy Styles is where trained dance vocabulary meets embodied practice. Breath, sensation, and conscious awareness are woven through every session and every work, inviting movers to drop beneath choreography into the body's own intelligence. It's a holistic approach, blending diverse dance forms with somatic and mindful disciplines. Producing work which is innovative and high-calibre, while remaining deeply human. Meaningful, entertaining, and rooted in what it feels like to move, not just how it looks. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/627f5bd66bb4dc131bc0a5d4/30a41125-8618-4406-b119-84e32930904d/1.+Lilah+Gow+Headshot+Cropped.png About https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/627f5bd66bb4dc131bc0a5d4/a263ec16-73f6-4210-afe6-cb8e013782fd/stephengow-33.jpg About https://www.synergystyles.org/our-instructors daily 0.75 2026-11-02 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5c5a514d65019f01a2cb2be5/1554919226465-10GBNZ6JOH0Y4BD3RIVR/team1.jpeg Our Instructors - First Name Last name Tobias Keene, D.D.S. We see our movement meditation practice as a chance for us to drop back into our own body sense. A somatic practice that follows intuitive movement to drop deeply in one’s own process of discovery. Guided by carefully curated music, to take you on a journey. With gentle movement invitations, that awaken your unique flow and dance. An invitation to come home to your body. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/627f5bd66bb4dc131bc0a5d4/3fa46fdf-bdc0-4b83-8581-0950bc850018/IMG_1258.jpg Movement Meditations To slow down, be with what’s preset and listen deeply. Following the wisdom of your body’s own intelligence. Surrendering to the music… to shaking, to movement, to dance. Then returning to stillness integration, intention, and rest. Grounding with tea and nourishment before stepping back into the world. Honouring your experience and the subtle shifts within. A place to explore, move, dance, play, grow, reflect. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/627f5bd66bb4dc131bc0a5d4/a2f1bf73-083b-4b85-90d6-30a5bd0e2c8b/July+Movement+Meditation Movement Meditations - Next Offering - Sunday 12th July Join us for our next Movement Meditation on Sunday the 12th of July.
